exchange public folder issue during migration 2007 to 2010

we are in the middle of an exchange migration and the public folders wont delete from one of the two old 2007 servers. i have made replicas and they appear to be all showing on the new server but when i run
Get-PublicFolderDatabase -Identity "Public Folder Database" | Remove-PublicFolderDatabase
it gives the error ive attached basically saying there are still replicas even though ive run the script to move all replicas.
i even went into adsiedit to remove the old empty server container left over from a past 2003 to 2007 migration.

If you just want why not delete the PF from EMC ... if that too doesnt wokr ... simply lets get with ADSIEDIT and remove it ... if your sure that everything is on New server.

How many PF's do you see when you connect your PF console to the old server ?

is there any real risk in removing this?
Ideally the replication server list should go away ... and have done this many a times .... but if you want to go the smoother way its some time..

Open PF console connect to old E2k7 Server check what all PF you see and try to remove it from the Replica list (Replication tab on each PF) .... i mean from both Default and System Folders.
