Compile Error:

While booting up excell, I get this error message.

Compile Error:

The code in this project must be updated for use on  64-Bit systems. Please review and update Declare statements and then mark them with the PtrSafe attribute.

I looked on microsoft's website they told me to just boot up in 64 bit office, which is not possible.

It is for a client, not mine directly he is using normal excell and outlook. However, he is using Pipe-flo, which is an engineering program.

Apparently the solution was to follow exactly what the error code said to do. I did a find/replace for all the instances of "Declare function" and replaced with "Declare PtrSafe function" then saved the file. It no longer pops up.

Weirdest thing I've ever seen, not even reinstalling Excel fixed it.

There was no other apparent solution and this solution completely resolved it. Still unsure as to why it happened in the first place.
