I saw another thread on here where the asker simply just reinstalled BES and it fixed it, but I do not want to go through all that mess with BES. God I consider BES to be a curse on us all but here I am being forced to use it. Anyways, does anybody know how to solve this issue? It keeps putting errors in the event log and the ONE person using blackberry in our company cannot receive or send emails, but I can update the phones policies and lock it and such.

    Accepted Solution

You can reinstall BES on top of the existing installation. That can often resolve the issue.
I think the error can also be related to the MAPI profile or access to the BESADMIN account.

Follow this guide to recreate the MAPI profile, then restart the BES services.

Winner winner chicken dinner! I was looking all over for that link. Re-creating the MAPI profile and restarting all the bes services fixed the problem. Thanks!
