can you please explain a bit more? Where does the hyperlink come in?

You cannot have a hyperlink in a SharePoint survey question. But you can modify the survey start page to include a link, so people can visit the hyperlink before they answer the survey?

glad you found a workaround to the question. Note, you never really explained what you wanted to achieve. You said: "I want to add hyper link to sharepoint survey". This does not mean much. A survey consists of many components. You did not specify which component you want to have the hyperlink.

From the above, I gather that you want to add a hyperlink to the text of a survey question. So, now you have a JavaScript solution to help you with that.

If you had been more clear in your question, you could have received the solution much faster.

OK, done.

Now you ask another question:

>> No my question is now can i make it public(To access external users).

What do you mean by "it"? The survey? The hyperlink? The SharePoint site? The Farm?

Please provide more detail about what you want to achieve. There are quite a few very experienced SharePoint Experts at EE, but nobody will be able to help if the concept of the question is just in your head. You need to explain what you would like to achieve.

Also, since the initial question was about how to create a hyperlink in a SharePoint survey question, and since you found the answer to that, I suggest you mark your last comment as the solution.

Then open a new question for your next issue, and please provide some explanation. That way, you will get more attention from experts.

cheers, teylyn
