VMware main differences 4.1 /5

Hi Experts,

This is probably a silly question for you folks, but can you please explain from your own words what are the 4 main differences between Vsphere 4.1 and version 5.

In addition to that, can you please provide a quick chart or comparison between both versions?

Thanks in advance

One item that it doesn't list but just bacase available in vSphere 5 Update 1 is support for Windows Server 2012 which may be critical if you're going to be doing upgrades at some point.  vShphere 4/4.1 will not support Windows 8/2012

Guys, thanks for the VM links, but from your own words, What would be 3 or 4 main differences between both versions and based on new features?

Please, try to explain this for a non-technical person or a Manager who support multiple business
