NTLM Pass Thru from IIS 6 .NET 4 APP to SQL 2008 SSRS gives 401.1

I am employing a new IIS6 ASP .NET4 site that will refer to reports on separate 2008 SSRS server.

The developers consistently get a 401.1 error page when attempting to traverse the network to the SSRS server (same Domain).

I have already tried the "DisableLoopbackCheck" reg fix from http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=896861.

Is there a Kerberos set up I need to accomplish with the DC?  Or is this set out of the box?
