Can user see or open that additional mailbox in Outlook ?
Check the "Full Mailbox Access".
Do you have one or multiple Exchange server ? Hope both users\mailboxes are on the same Server.

in outlook web access you cannot open additional mailboxes.
OWA only allows you to open your own mailbox nothing else.
If more mailboxes are required to view this is only possible via outlook NOT outlook web access

yes, the user himself can open OWA; the error code occurs when the user clicks on their name in the upper right hand corner of OWA, and enters another users name under Open other mailbox. This function use to work.
Does the other open if you try just to open some specific folder ?

@mo_patel: Sorry to disappoint you - since E2000 versions you could open additonal mailboxes (Exchange 5.5 version couldn't help impersonating another account cause of Webdav restrictions) - wake up !!!!!!

What's interestin, the user can see the other person authorized mailbox in OWA listed under their own; but, cannot open the same one and gets the above error. I guess they will have to not open it and only view whats listed in the mailboxs authorized to view.
As i said earlier can they view specific folders like only try to view "Inbox" .... you can see the article i shared :)
