Somehow if I click exactly to this second superfluous bar so which I marked on the picture, nothing happens. But if clicking on the righter bar which is the normal one, strangly this second is moving only. <br />
<br />
I tried to record it with Wink but that seems also confused slightly in the attached file. <br />
<br />
Briefly it seems like the cursor drives around 10px left pixels on the screen and not those ones which are marked or clicked.<br />
