Is it possible use the lookup function to search the second dataset by more then one field?

For example: I want to return a field where fielda = something fieldb= something and fieldc = something.

You could try creating a new dataset containing the results of the expression you want to use (use a stored procedure to provide the data if it's complex) and refer into that ...
