plotting longitude points

in excel how do i plot both west and east longitudes on the same x axis using excel 2010

You can plot the West longitudes as negative numbers and East longitudes as positive numbers. Or are you looking for something else?

Tried that but it puts the vertical axis at the 0 point on the x axis and i need the vertical axis to locate at the 150 E longitude with data points running up through 70 W.

Right-click the x axis and select "Format Axis". Set Axis Value to -150.
