Puppy Linux and drivers

I can go to the website for my IBM computer and get the drivers for my computer, but they all say that they are for Windows or Mac.

My question is this...

Can I download the Windows drivers and use them on my Puppy Linux installation?

How exactly do I install them? Copy them to the thumb drive and double click?

I used LUPU-528.005 to install the puppy Linux on my thumb drive.

Now I want to install a driver for a USB device and my wireless adapter and I just need some pointers as to how to do it. Do I use the XP driver? Win 7 Driver?

Not familiar with puppy Linux directly.
On any Linux tools to use
lspci to get a listing of hardware installed.
Then you have to locate the source of the drivers for each component I.e. atheros, intel, broadcom, etc for the wireless. The. Using the source you can compile and install the drivers/modules.
