team viwer : screen cannot be captured at the moment teamviewer

i am getting this error when i am trying to connect to the my work office PC.

before that i have tried and connected , and  left PC idle for some time.

when i tried to connect the PC second time, this error message is comming

please advice how to resolve the issue

    Restart the Team Viewer service on the computer in question.

    check if your office pc will not go to sleep or standby mode when you are not using it?
