Problem Steps Recorder in Windows7

Dear Experts,

Can you please advise whether the Windows7 is on different language on a computer than english, so recording the steps in that language in the .mht file, is there some way maybe to change this to English?

    If you have Ultimate version you can add another display language
     and after recording go back to your original language

    There is a trick to change in other Windows 7 version but they can harm your computer
    and i'm not sure it's leagal..
