Install Window 2008 as Print Server

After installating  the Window 2008 and grant to the domain, is there any wizard that will run to put the Window member server to a printer server ? What's the wizard doing ?

When I install the printer drivers on the server and share them out, how do I enable each clients could run the printer ? Do I need to install each printer driver on each clients ?

    Yes.but if you do it from GPO they would be installed automatically
