An accountant made the financial report in Excel for me for the closing of accounts, and said he could customize a &quot;bookkeeping-Excel&quot; for me that would be much easier to use than any accounting software. <br />

The layout I am looking for is double-entry system and the bookkeeping and financial reports (bank and cash ledger, expense ledger, income ledger etc.) should be in this same Excel. So that I get a double-entry bookkeeping system and immediate creation of the ledgers/financial reports. And also good overview of cash-flow each month.<br />

I think these tasks are easier to handle in Excel than in any accounting software for a non-accountant.
