VMware Setup

I am trying to setup a VM with a zero client.  I have already created the pool for the VM's provisions and resources but when I try to enable the provisions it tells me that it cannot find the folder of the VM.  I checked and it says it is where it should be but its still not working.  Any thoughts?

    follow Paul's quick VMware View guide, and check you have the correct setup:-

    VMware View 4.5 install
