Cacti no graph installation on windows XP platform

Hi all

i have a problem here on cacti, my company just want using cacti to replace old MRTG. i'm just download for cacti forum 'Windows Installer [Cacti 0.8.8a - 2012-05-01]" and choose  install Apache platform.

i have a problem on no graph, please check attached image for detail.

please kindly help.

    This can be a problem with NTFS permissions for cacti.

    This guide fixes issues with ntfs permissions. I've seen this before with a cacti install and this guide resolved it.
