Cisco AnyConnect on MAC OS X 10.7

Any idea where to download the Cisco AnyConnect for MAC OS X 10.7 ? Any more detail instruction ?

I believe you have to have a Cisco support contract to be able to download.
You can also use the inbuilt OSX VPN

The Cisco AnyConnect client is usually downloaded and installed automatically when a connection has been made to the VPN gateway. If the version on the gateway is too old to support 10.7, then the client can be downloaded from the Cisco site (with a valid service contract per the above comment) but if it is not configured on the VPN gateway at all, the client will not connect. Best thing to do is call whomever administers the VPN gateway and ask them to load up the latest Mac client... then you won't have to do anything but connect.

The built-in Cisco VPN client only supports old IPSec-based VPNs. If the gateway uses SSL/TLS or IKEv2, the AnyConnect client is required.
