SSL option would be ON on iPhone settngs, but what I meant is it does not require the thirdparty certificate as they get popup for Ignore the SSL warning and once ignored it will just work as normal.
To verify the active sync virtual directory is set for accept only SSL request, follow this
Open IIS Console, Navigate to Microsoft-Server-ActiveSyn c virtual directory under default website and verify SSL setting is set as Require SSL.
If the SSL is not enabled, please enable it.
If you have set the Require SSL option, it will not allow the without SSL request.
