Where is the SQL 2008 install that comes in the 2011 SBS Premium Addon box?

I bought the 2011 SBS Premium Addon for a server migration, but I cant help wondering if I didnt get (or, lol, more likely have simply misplaced) a disk out of it. This is what I bought

I have the 2008 Windows Server R2 Install DVD (which Ive used to put up a hyper V foundation, and it had a COA in the box too that has keys for both the physical and the virtual installation.

The question is though, where is the SQL 2008 install file? I would have assumed it would come on a DVD, but I cant find any documentation to show me that.

Is there a second DVD that should have been in that box?

Yes, SQL small business edition comes on separate media with separate license paperwork. You should have received this with your PAO purchase.

FYI as cgaliher said there should indeed be separate media. I in fact had 3 disks ultimately - a windows 2008 R2 server disk, a windows 2011 SBS Standard disk, and the premium addon disk.
