Exchange 2010 delivery delay

Hi All,

I am in need of some urgent and desperate help with this one. For some unknown reason we are receiving Delivery delayed email responses when attempting to send external mail.

Nothing at this has changed and I have ensured that our domain is not blacklisted, which it is not. So I am not sure what to do here.

Any suggestions and advise would be greatly appreciated.

our ISP had blocked traffic on port 25. using a smart host rectified this issue.
