I need the information from the following text field imported from Outlook.  It's a response from a Web RSVP form.  It is in a consistant format.  I have put the quotes in.

I need the line after "Both Names Required"
I need the line after "Handicap"
I need the text after "I'd like to be in a team with..."
I need the text after "Address (needed for Donations)"

"You've just received a new submission to your RSVP Form <> .
