Hello, I am a complete newbie in Dynamics CRM on line.

I'm trying to add a new lead and when I go into the "details", I have a field "lead source" with some information already filled to select.

I would like to know, how to add a new entry to this kind of field to be selected.

    Accepted Solution

Via customization. You can add new values to the Lead Source option set or amend the existing values. You must have the appropriate rights to do customizations.
