How to extract / scrape / compile every email within Outlook?

Hello all, I have over 50,000 emails in my Outlook 2010. Email is provided through a hosted Exchange provider. What I am trying to do is extract/scrape every single email that has every been indexed in my email and then compile that into some kind of contact list (perhaps in Excel). How can I do this?

I have Excel 2010 but can use any version that's necessary.

Any help would be appreciated.

What data do you want to compile from the emails?

Just the email addresses. The goal is to compile all my contats so that I can send them an email about my new contact information.

I just want to get a list of all the contacts I've ever communicated with so that I can send an email to each and every one of them with my new company contact information.

Thats pretty easy then

Simply Open Outlook
Go to File>Open>Import

Select Export to File
Select Comma Spereated Values (Windows)
In the Next window choose your folder with the Emails

In the next window Name your CSV and specify its location
(Local Ideal for Large Exports, i.e. C:Drive )

Then NExt

All the emails will be eported into an Excel CSV File

Once done open it  up

In Column D  (May Vary)
You should see
From: (Address)

This will be the email addresses of all the emails sent to you

Note you can also do the same for sent items, for a comprehensive list
