outlook 2010 : I move a email to a specific folder and it will save as a contact

I am having an issue when I move a email to a specific folder it will open up a contacts list and want me to save it as a contact , I can not figure out why

Is your mail server Microsoft Exchange or any other?

Try repairing your outlook pst file using the scanpst.

it is exchange , i dont think it is a pst issue, but I will try what you say

i am running an office repair also
