Drag and Drop User COntrols

I want to have a page with the ability to drag and drop user controls from a list view.

When the "drop" takes place, I need to bind ClientID to Session("CLientID")

Where's the best walk through for this?

Ideally, I'd like to drop an unlimited number of controls on the page.
