Can't connect to SQL Server 2008 from another PC

I can't connect to a SQL Server instance from other workstations.  I have enabled all communication protocols and rebooted, yet I still can't connect.  Windows Firewall is off.  What else can I do?  Thanks.

Make sure you're right-clicking and doing run as administrator for the management studio. If UAC is on and this is not done it will not allow you to connect

I got it going by starting the SQL Browser service.  Thanks for the suggestions.
