I have few Outlook Form just worked fine until I deleted its template from Organizational Forms Library. &nbsp;Now I put the template back, still the forms don't show up data. &nbsp;Rather all of them show a white blank page. &nbsp;Please try to help. &nbsp;Thank you very much in advance.
