We have an Outllok 2007 that keeps receiving duplicate emails.

How can we make Outlook not receive the duplicates emails (if possible)?

Forgot to include a vital Note:

We know why this outlook is receiving duplicate mails.  The user is CC in 3 different re-direct or forwarding email.  So when the user is sent an email, her email accounts are in those CC forwarding emails.  So when someone send her an email, include those CC emails, she receives 4 emails and more.

We know that the answer is just delete her from those forwarding emails, but she can’t since she has to be aware of everything that is happening and each of those forwarding emails pertain to different branches and projects.

How can we make her Local Outlook account NOT received the duplicates; only received one?

This email account is not in an Exchange server, all is local in her PC.

No.
If you were using Exchange then Exchange would only send one copy of the message to the user. As you are not using Exchange then Outlook has no de-duplication algorithm - each message is treated as a seperate message and therefore multiple messages will be received.

Understood.

What about by Rules that would compare subjects or times?

or maybe some VBA?

Please advice

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

I would have no idea how to write the rules, and that would put you at risk of non-duplicated emails being deleted, because no algorithm is 100% perfect.
Even with Exchange, if the messages came from external sources you would get duplicates, it is only internal email that Exchange can ensure you only get one copy.

Maybe not delete but moved to another folder so the inbox would not be sol loaded.

What about the algorithm of if Sender/Subject/Time are already received?  (we consider time because the same email is sent at the same time and we noticed that all duplicate's emails has the same exact time, even if the PC time is different).

Anyway, before closing we would like to see other EE opinion.

Thank you.

You could upgrade the user to Outlook 2010

Outlook 2010 allows for conversation cleanup

This would remove any emails that have the same conversation in the subject/body

Otherwise your going to be restricted to using a De Dup or duplicate remover tool

Just saw the link and gave us good idea how to deal with this problem.

Last question, where can I find "De Dup or duplicate remover tool" and maybe free?

Thanx!

Thanks for the points

However, any particular reason for the B Grade.

Unless you actaully willing to remove the user from the CC list the two options provided above are really your only choices

B grades should only be given if you have had to do most of the work or problem solving yourself and should always be a given with an explanation
