how do i forward Security camera to my Iphone or Android?

i have a security camera "Hawell" how do i forward it to Iphone or Android? right now i am abling to see it with Application on PC which i set IP + prot and user and password

what shall i have to do to see it also on Mobile which application shall i use?

    You may be able to just open your mobile web browser and put in the IP Address of the camera.

    i have LG android mobile i put the IP and i see blank screen with message "do you want to install Active X press here" so i press but my mobile show me message that he not recognize the Active X download program however i download it but nothing happen
