How do you disable the numlock key on panasonic toughbook cf-19?

Assuming its running Windows XP:

Windows XP sometimes defaults to automatically turning on Number Lock whenever you log into Windows. You will need to edit theregistry to fix this.

WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Click on Start, then Run.
Type 'regedit' then click OK.
On the left side of the screen:
Click to expand the Registry Key 'HKEY_USERS.'
Click to expand the Registry Key 'Default.'
Click to expand the Registry Key 'Control Panel.'
Click on the Registry Key 'Keyboard.'
On the right side of the screen:
Double-click the Value Name 'Initial Keyboard Indicators'
If the Value Data is set to anything other than 0 (zero), change it to 0 (zero).
Click OK.
Close the Registry Editor and reboot the computer.
