copy file from Sharepoint to linux

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to copy few files from SharePoint location to my Linux server.  

So how can I copy files after logging into my Linux server.

Is it possible to write a script which will do this job and so that I can schedule it later .

    wget http://sharepoint/directory/filename.doc

    Open in new window


    crontab -e 
    10 0 0 0 0 wget http://sharepoint/directory/filename.doc

    Open in new window

    Will copy the file(s) at 12:10AM every day.
