Formula in MX Excel 2010

Need help creating a formal that will enter a value when a specified word in entered.

For example: If H2 = interviewing,  if true then I2 needs a value of 3. If false then J2 needs a value of 0.

put in I2
=if(H2="Interviewing",3,"")
in J2
=if(H2="Interviewing","",0)

What nutsch says will work, but I have a couple of questions.
(1) Is the word Interviewing going to be written like that? or perhaps it will be in caps, lower case or mixed characters?
In this case you should use the UPPER function to ensure all instances / writing of Intervieweing are catered for.
IN I2
=IF(UPPER(H2)=UPPER("Interviewing");3;"")
IN J2
=IF(UPPER(H2)=UPPER("Interviewing");"";0)

Also
(2) What happens in cell I2 if H2 <> interviewing?
Should it be blank like the function above or you need something more indicative? ie a "-"
=IF(UPPER(H2)=UPPER("Interviewing");3;"-")

(3) What happens in cell J2 if H2 = interviewing?
Should it be blank like the function above or you need something more indicative? ie a "-"
=IF(UPPER(H2)=UPPER("Interviewing");"-";0)
