Bridge an Actiontec GT784WNV

I have new DSL service from Verizon on the West Coast. I want to "Bridge" the Actiontec GT784WNV modem/router Verizon provides. I have a Syswan router that I want to use because it whitelists. I'm looking at the Actiontec's settings and there is no direct way to select "Bridge".  Can I just disable DHCP and let the Syswan router do the DHCP?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This might do the trick:

Disabling DHCP will not typically disable NAT, which is part of what you are wanting to do.
