ProgressBar oneed to add in Place holder using asp.net

Below code inside PlaceHolder Control, i have a Dynamic Gridview on server side here i need to add progress bar.  
Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.

Giude me hw to resolve

Are you looking for a progress bar, like the JQuery UI progress bar, or a way to implement one in that HTML shown?

When i click =btnTest button i need to populate dynamicgrid view in place holder before retreiving the value i need to show progress bar.

How to acheive guide me?

If you have the AJAX Control Toolkit, with an UpdatePanel and an UpdateProgress, you can achieve the effect that you desire.

I implemented Ajax progress bar in placeholder then progress bar working fine but value not populated

Can you give me some more background details, about how that is supposed to work?  This might need to be a client-side script, but I am not sure that is necessary or not...
