    2114 Exchange causing issues,

    here are few tips that you can check quickly

    => Manage Auditing and Security log should have you're Exchange server listed in it.
    => Exchange server should have full rights over itself - this can be done using ADSIEDIT under configuration partition. (Rem: DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING HERE)
    => Ensure your DC are reachable, run dcdiag/s: DCName and pray there are no errors
    => Ensure your network is fine, run netdiag /v and pray there are no errors.
    => lastly, check if your server is pointing to correct DNS Server locally on its NIC Card.
