I lost access into MS SQL 2008 database

I might run into the the worst case scenario. I have an admin user account that is locked, and I cannot log into database.

I cannot use Windows authentication and I don't have sa password. I don't have anyone who has account in the database.

How can I get into the database and reset the password for sa and other user
