System restart after windows update

Hello Expert.

I have setup WSUS Server on windows 2003 server. Windows update configuration on client PC by Group policy. But after windows update installation client is received a massage system is restart after 30 min.

I want when user is working on PC the system is not restart automatically.  

I attached a group policy snap short.

Go to gpedit.exe
User Configuration -> Windows Configuration -> Windows Components and Windows Update.
Enable the setting for no reboot after an update.
Under Computer Configuration : Administrative Templates : Windows Components : Windows Update :
Configure Automatic Updates : Choose option 4, and set install time.
No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Updates installations : Select Not Configured or Disabled
Allow Automatic Updates immediate installation : Enabled
Delay restart for scheduled installations: Enable and Set timer (allows users to save data before restart)
