Perfmon counters wont start anymore

I have some Prefmon counters that wont work anymore.

One of them is the counter \LogicalDisk(D:)\%Free Space

When I trie to make a new counter, I cant select any of the Logicaldisks anymore.

Does someone know how I will get them back?

    It's possible your perfmon counters are corrupt, try the fix here:

    I would also check the following registry keys to see if there is Disable Performance Counters that is set to 1, they should be set to 0:
