I am looking for a free or very cheap Outbound Auto Dialer software for Windows. I need to be able to specify number to dial along with a unique automated message per number, hopefully reading from a database or list where entries can be added by script.<br />
<br />
An alternative would be a free or cheap SDK for VB or c# to be able to do the same.<br />
