I have a user that is unable to view attachments stored in the Enterprise vault. This only occurs when he is not attached to the domain. Specifically we have his Outlook set to go through a proxy when disconnected from the network. This works fine as he is able to read, send, etc. email. The problem is when he attempts to view/open a vaulted item it fails to display.
