Migrate - Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX from Server 2003 to 2008 R2

We have an old Server 2003 which is running Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX (in Master Mode) and two more domain controllers acting as Subordinate. I recently built a new Server 2008 R2 and ran DCPROMO on it and AD replication is working fine. It is also a writable DC. I want to migrate the Windows Services for UNIX from the old Master Server to this new Server 2008. I already installed the role required for that on the new Server 2008 R2. What do I need to do next.

I would like to first add this new Server 2008 R2 as a 'subordinate' and later when it is time I will promote it as 'Master'

Thanks

The old windows services for unix is not supported, however support still exists. 2008 server walkthrough here -
