Removing Exchange 2007 Server

In preparing to uninstall Exchange 2007 after migrating to 2010, I was looking in ASDIEdit, drilling down to <CN=Configuration><CN=Services><CN=Microsoft Exchange> <CN=mydomainname> <CN=Administrative Groups><CN=Exchange Administrative Group> <CN=Servers><CN=myexch2007server><CN=Information Store><CN=First Storage Group>....

Also in the list is the new Exchange 2010 server, when I look in <Information Store>, it appears to be empty, with not <First Storage Group>.... I assume this is because exchange 2010 doesn't use storage groups anymore.... is this correct???

just want to make sure that something isn't going to get deleted when I uninstall 2007...

thanks

Thanks for the help....  I was able to delete the public folder db, can you tell me if prior to uninstalling exchange 2007, do I need to delete the mailbox db as well????
Yes, without that Exchange 2007 won't uninstall.
