I have a server with the following specs that I need to get a RAID controller to run VMWARE ESXI 5.0

Tyan S8230GM4NR
DUEL SOCKET G34
NORTH BRIDGE AMD SR5690
SOUTH BRIDGE S P 5100
AMD OPTRON 6128 2.0 8 CORE
1- PCI EXPRESS 2.0 X 16
3 X8

4 SATA DRIVES
WD 1 TB WD1003FBYX
SATA 3 GB CONNECTION
7200 RPM 64 CACHE

Can anyone tell me which VWARE approved RAID controller would be the best, in their opinion, for this setup??

Thanks for your time!!  :-)
