Citrix Presentation Server 4.5- ICA
Please I have problem,
I have Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 installed in windows server 2003
In windows XP, when I run citrix web interface after authentication, I can view all the icons of applications published in citrix and when I click on any application, it will run
but
in windows 7 , if I do the same as previously mentioned, I can open the session in citrix web interface and view all the icons of applications but when I click on any of them, I have got two window (In attach) and they disappear after it will not run and I am not having an error message;
What is the solution please? Is the problem a possible need of patch of updates for windows 7 ?? or what please?
Please, I need your answer as soon as possible.
Thx

an other user in windows xp use the same Web Interface server. and it run
Is your windows 7 a 64 bit OS. Most probably it is.
This happens when you launch your apps from the 64 bit IE.
Open the 32 bit IE and launch your apps from there - most probably this will do it.

IE 32-bit "should" be the default.
If I remember, Start, All Programs should show two Internet Explorer options. One should say 32-bit and one should say 64-bit but 32-bit should run by default.
If you start IE and then look at Help, About IE, what does it say?
