Citrix Presentation Server 4.5- ICA

Please I have problem,
I have Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 installed in windows server 2003
In windows XP, when I run citrix web interface after authentication, I can view all the icons of applications published in citrix and when I click on any application, it will run
but
in windows 7 , if I do the same as previously mentioned, I can open the session in citrix web interface and view all the icons of applications but when I click on any of them,  I have got two window (In attach) and they disappear after it will not run and I am not having an error message;
What is the solution please? Is the problem a possible need of patch of updates for windows 7 ?? or what please?
Please, I need your answer as soon as possible.
Thx

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

That should work with Win7.  What errors are logged on the Web Interface server?

There is no need to yell at me, I am here trying to help you (for free).

All errors are recorded in the Application and System event logs on the Web Interface server.

Is your windows 7 a 64 bit OS. Most probably it is.

This happens when you launch your apps from the 64 bit IE.

Open the 32 bit IE and launch your apps from there - most probably this will do it.

IE 32-bit "should" be the default.

If I remember, Start, All Programs should show two Internet Explorer options.  One should say 32-bit and one should say 64-bit but 32-bit should run by default.

If you start IE and then look at Help, About IE, what does it say?

The IE icon next to the start menu on the task bar should be 32 bit. The icon in the start menu is 64 bit.

If you open the All Programs in the start menu you will find two IE entries:

Internet Explorer and
Internet Explorer (64 bit)

The one without the brackets is obviously the 32 bit edition.

You can verify the IE edition from the About Internet Explorer in the help menu of the IE. it will show 64 bit edition or no mention for 32 bit edition.

I have same sevrer same OS as U :

Serveral simple reasons :

1) U didn't closed the popup blocker.
2) Pls try the compatibility setting mode of Browser.
3) in order to certify it is relate to your browser or not , try right click the icon and save as e.g. word.ica in desktop and click it ...can it launch ?
4) if it lauch it may relate to 32bit / 64bit browser , try install firefox to test.
5) if it cannot launch , try using defaut coming ica32web.msi  or exe as client from CD rather than download latestest ver ...( altough the newest i tried it should work).
