    Microsoft provides some here.

I'd recommend looking at what PragmaticWorks has to offer; their courses aren't free, but also aren't exorbitant, and are definitely worth every penny!

The best way to get started is to ... get started.  With that I mean don't stick to just reading, but try it out while reading.  Don't hesitate to experiment, SSRS won't crash your computer if you do something wrong.

Having said that, if you're into books I can recommend books by Brian Larson and Teo Lachev.  I got started using one of Brian's books myself, some years ago now :)

Once you're ready for a more advanced book, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Recipes: for Designing Expert Reports should prove to be an interesting read.
