SBS 2007 to SBS 2010 FAIL - Exchange Server 2010 cannot be installed

Hi All
Thanks for checking out this post...
Trying to migrate SBS from 2007 to 2011
Came up with this error and not 100% on the steps i should take to rectify the issue without causing many issues...
Exchange seems to have installed on the SBS 2011 server but an issue has occured with the 2007 server database file - my understanding off it.. (See Below & Attached)

Your suggestions would be much appreciated

Thank you in Advance
