Changes on BlackBerry not syncing with Exchange/Outlook

One of my users consistantly has a problem where his blackberry will not sync changes up to the BES/Exchange servers, such as marking messages as read, and filing them in appropriate mail folders.  Usually I just resend the service books and that fixes it for a month or so, but not this time.

BES 5.0.3.41
Exchange Server 2010
Outlook 2010
Blackberry 9700 with BlackBerry Enterprise plan on AT&T

Any ideas/suggestions?

Did you upgrade the BES device ?
What error do you get and hope the Service book goes and remains in his Inbox and not moved\opened or deleted.

Assign the user a static agent on the BES and see if that helps.

Make sure the reconcilliation settings are correct on the device - i.e. set to delete from device and server etc.

BB is updated to most current OS, i've tried setting it as a static agent, and we've already check reconciliation settings.  Issue still exists.
Have you seen any information in regards to the user in App logs on the server or something in MGMT logs ?
