If try with Update for the smallest DB :)

What if you run this ?
Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-StorageGroupCopyStatue

Try refreshing as it might be heatly state :)
If not rty with shell command
Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-StorageGroupCopyStatue

If its Suspended you simply need to run the Resume command .... Update will re-seed meaning all Databases would be copied from Starting :( isnt good as network will have too much data to move over.

resume will only move last log files after failover.

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

If your doing a Resume you dont and not sure why your doing Update as its only done when you have the Status as failed :(

In resume you dont delete anything its more like a continuation from where the seeding\replication stopped.

hm... but somehow when I click Resume SG copy it always end up as suspended, or in another storage group scenario, it has become failed then I must empty both DB and log  drives for each of the SG.

ok, what I didto resolve the issue was to go to the DR mailbox server role, and then delete all of the content in the transaction log drive.

after that do the Update Storage Group Copy from EMC manually one SG per seeding process.
