Unable to delete Experts Exchange topics within Internet Explorer 10 (On Windows 8)

I'm Unable to delete Experts Exchange topics within Internet Explorer 10 (On Windows 8).

For example, the topics for this question are Web Browsers, Windows 8, and Windows OS.

While I am composing my Experts Exchange question, I should be able to delete a particular topic by clicking on the X to the right of the topic title (see the screenshot)

I can do this just fine using Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9.

However, ever since I have installed Windows 8 (which has Internet Explorer 10) I have been unable to do this.

What do I need to do to fix this issue so that I will be able to delete a particular topic by clicking on the X to the right of the topic title (see the screenshot)?
